The staff exhibited a lethargic attitude, lacking the urgency and courtesy one expects, especially from a reputable establishment like Ramada. The quality of the food was disappointing. The dishes were excessively oily, compromising both taste and health considerations.

Breakfast
Property is dated and not maintained properly. Shower was leaking, doors were in bad shape, iron board was broken etc. Staff was not helpful and didn’t offer any support when asked for additional bed in the room.
